How We Work
STAGE S5 —Dictations are retrieved from the secured cloud server by the Manager and assigned to the designated Tier-1 transcriptionist dedicated for the physician.
STAGE S10 —Medical transcriptionists transcribe the received audios on prescribed templates. Completed files are submitted for Proof-reading team (S50 Team).
STAGE S50 —Proofreaders review the completed transcripts and make the necessary changes if required. The batch is then submitted to the Final QA team. Feedback on changes/corrections is sent to the S10 team for their review.
STAGE S60 —The final QA team performs quality checks by random sampling. Feedback is sent to the S10 and S50 team.
STAGE S100 —Completed transcripts are sent to the respective Managers. The Key Account Manager will further review if correct templates are used before submitting them to the client team.
